I'm an experienced childcare provider with a decade of experience taking care of children of all ages. My passion for nurturing and educating children, coupled with my friendly and patient demeanor, makes me an ideal caregiver. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, ensuring that their children's needs are met and any concerns are addressed promptly. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and routines while still maintaining a fun and nurturing environment. My approach to childcare involves a variety of activities that cater to different interests and age groups, including games, outside activities, as well as just acting as a helping hand for all age groups to engage in their activities of choice. I have a college degree in International Studies and Chinese from Indiana University. and am fluent in both Chinese and English. I am comfortable with pets and I'm excited about the opportunity to care for your loved one!
