We're sorry that Madie didn't work out for us. We were in the process of discussing our needs and availability and scheduled a virtual interview but then Madie never responded. I don't know what happened but if she no longer wanted to work with us, she could have said so instead of ghosting us. To me this is unreliable and Undependable. I really wanted this to work out because she had so many other great reviews but lack of communication is not a great quality when trying to hire a housekeeper/nanny.
