About Madelyn

I attended Berklee College of Music for a year and studied songwriting and performance. After that I went on to form a 7 person band and played all over Boston playing my originals. Upon leaving Boston I taught Elementary general music to grades K-4 and middle school choir. I love being able to foster and grow a child's love of music. I didn't have a mentor when it came to music in my youth and I want to fill that role in peoples lives. I have many years of singing experience and specialize in that area of music but can teach basics of piano. I also tutor general music for elementary levels as well. If your child is interested in songwriting I also experience in that as well. My passion in life is music and I can't wait to share it.

Madelyn has spent hours with my 4 children through the years (including twin boys). Her bright smile, kind voice, and competent care always left me feeling confident to leave my children with her. She’s alert, always aware of safety, and patient as she played, taught, or oversaw activities. I highly recommend her for caregiving and tutoring.
