If I could give Madelyn one million stars, I would! She is thoughtful, gracious, wonderful, loving and part of our family forever!!! Both our daughters have formed such incredible attachments to her, and I love that! I know they feel safe with her and that she is caring for them with the love of a family member while also being very conscientious of our wishes and the way we want our daughters to be raised! She empowers them and comes up with fun experiments! She takes the kids outside and helps them run and play and swim (when applicable) every day! She is silly with them and laughs with them daily! She takes notes so we have the information we need and she has walked through the many stages of baby and toddlerhood as she started with us when our first was 18 months and now she is is over 3 and our youngest is 10 months. She has learned so much and has also this incredible natural ability to work with and speak to kids that is unmatched! We have asked her to take on other kids at certain points when friends or family needed help, and our friends and family have always been incredibly impressed! They call her the toddler whisperer! She was able to wear out our friends toddler enough to take naps when she never naps at home! We have worked through changing naps, sickness, meal time schedule changes, discipline changes, sleep training, potty training and more! She always has great ideas and now having gone through all these stages, she is well equipped to nanny in any household! There are certain things I have a difficult time accomplishing as a mother that I look to her for advice and ideas! When she first started with us, I told her I was struggling to get enough pictures and videos of my daughter, and she said no problem and started taking pictures immediately! She has kept that up and it is so fun to see all these moments while I’m working or looking back at them after! She is a wonderful nanny and a forever friend and family member. The only reason we are not able to keep her is the kids are going to preschool/daycare, so we hope a deserving family will find Madelyn and she can become a part of your family as well! You would be lucky to have her as a nanny!
