About Madelyn

I spent three years working at a daycare, caring for children from infants to preschoolers. I developed skills in child development, behavior management, and creating engaging, age-appropriate activities. My role involved providing a safe, nurturing environment while communicating effectively with parents and colleagues. Transitioning to nannying a 6-month-old allowed me to focus on one child, creating a personalized routine and fostering their developmental milestones. I provided hands-on care, including feeding, diapering, and play, while maintaining a close partnership with the parents! Both roles shaped my understanding of child care, strengthened my patience, and enhanced my communication skills.
