I believe relationships are our greatest teachers in the work place and in daily life. It is important for me to cultivate good relations with the children I am entrusted with. Respect, kindness, compassion, understanding, and honesty are the standards that I strive for in my work. I establish respect toward children and I receive respect back. I love working with children because they have a spirit of innocence, freedom and creativity. They are fun and love to explore their world. I encourage a positive and attentive approach towards them and support the creative mind to help them grow through their challenges. I hope in time they will feel safe and loved.
