Hello! I'm Maddy. I'd describe my personality as patient, kind, and willing to adapt. I like caring for people with special needs because they all have such complex and big personalities. They know how to really enjoy life and always remind you to make the most of everything. I'm looking for a job that is challenging but rewarding. I started caring for people with special needs when I was in high school. I volunteered as a support person for two years while in high school. From there I worked as an IA in David Douglas HS in an SLC classroom. I did that for two years and worked with students with all types of disabilities and behaviors. I've seen it all. In my spare time, I like to hike & hangout with my cat. One thing you should know about me is I am very patient. I am willing to work with any behaviors your child has. I am very patient and willing to learn what works and doesn't work for your child.
