My first job out of nursing school was an internship in the NICU (neonatal intensive care unit). While I did not remain at this job for an extended period of time, I did gain some very helpful skills and knowledge related to newborn/infant care. I have many years of experience caring for babies and children. I babysat during high school and currently teach a children's class at my church. I love working with kids of all ages. My main concern anytime I care for children is, of course, their safety. I also like to have fun, and enjoy doing crafts and games!
