About Madelyn

My name is Max (they/them). As a summer camp counselor and instructor (for 6 years), I learned to implement developmental strategies, facilitate large groups of children, and create individualized plans of support. My time as a Resident Advisor at Cal Poly SLO, enhanced expertise in deescalation, active listening, and communication. Lastly, I nannied for a 5-year-old child for a 1:1 type summer camp in the summer of 2020. I graduated from Cal Poly SLO with a double Major in Psychology and Ethnic Studies and a minor in Child Development. I am currently getting my Masters of Social, Personality, and Affective Science at SFSU.
