About Madelyn

Hi, I'm Maddie! I've recently moved back to the Des Moines area after living in Chicago for the past 3 years after graduating from Iowa State. I have always been around children whether it be spending time with my two nephews, 7 and 8 years old, or watching neighbors since I was a young teenager. I love spending time with children whether it be helping with homework, working on arts & crafts, trips to the park, trips to the library, or relaxing at the house! I am happy to help with light housekeeping duties as well as cooking for children as well. Weekends are fairly open and I work 8am-5 p.m. in WDM Monday- Friday! I'd describe my personality as bubbly, talkative and dependable In my spare time, I like to spend time with friends and family or reading a book while relaxing on my balcony. One thing you should know about me is I'm very dependable! Having seen my brother raise my nephew as a single parent, having someone you can depend on to help is so important.
