About Madeline

Hi! I am an active, fun, and trustworthy young professional with 10+ years of childcare experience. After years of babysitting through middle and high school, I became a nanny for 2 children (ages 5 and 7) for 5 years while attending undergrad at UVA where I majored in Psychology. For two and a half years, I worked in a position that provided in-home behavior therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other behavior and developmental disorders, while supporting their families throughout the process. I am also an aunt to four little ones, ages 15 months to nearly 6 years old, that I adore. As a result of both my studies and experience, I have a strong understanding of how the type of care children receive is so influential to their growth starting at such a young age. I also understand that your babies deserve the highest quality care, and I want to help encourage your children to explore this world in a safe, fun environment!
