About Madeline

I prioritize fostering a safe environment for children to flourish. I have had a deep respect for children for many years, and working as a behavioral technician with kids on the autistic spectrum has only strengthened that. I would not be the person I am today without their bright influence in my life. I understand that children often experience emotions they do not fully understand- I offer patience, empathy, and tools to help them navigate these feelings. Balancing structure and play is key to me, as I recognize the importance of both in a child's development. I am an engaged caregiver who is fully present with the children I work with- I am not the nanny who relies on screens or spends time on my phone. I actively participate in their growth, creating meaningful, enriching experiences through play, conversation, and learning activities. I'm eager to apply my education to support developmental milestones and enjoy engaging children in activities that promote growth and learning.
