As far as the actual child care, she was good. My kids loved her and they had fun the days that they were with her. The issue for our family was the lack of reliability. Initially, the interview was rescheduled 3 times. I voiced my concerns during that time and was assured that it was bad timing and she wasn't like that. It was discussed during the interview process that punctuality and reliability are extremely important due to our jobs. There were at least 2 occasions within 3wks of each other where she was supposed to show up at a certain time and when she was called because she didn't show up she was still sleeping. She requested to be paid early, which I was very hesitant about, and then was late the very next day. The following day, at approx 1am she called in sick for Wednesday- but didn't communicate regarding her intentions for Thursday. When confronted she was incredibly disrespectful.
