Hi! My name is Maddie and I am a doctoral student at Towson University studying Occupational Therapy. I hope to become a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and work with children with disabilities after I graduate. I have 10 years of experience working with children as a babysitter, nanny, camp counselor, school aide, etc. Much of this experience has included working with children with special needs, whom I have a passion for working with. I am an outgoing, compassionate, and hardworking individual. I love to be outdoors and am very creative. I'm always finding new activities to entertain the children I babysit, and as a future OT I know the benefits that play has for your child's development! I am looking to nanny/babysit for a family after my classes on weekdays and/or on weekends. I would love to nanny for your family!

Madeline was a teacher for a child with special needs in a program that I run. Madeline worked with a student with Autism, who was new to our program. Madeline immediately formed a bond with the student. She was able to modify activities to best suit her student. She knew how to bring the best out of all of those she worked with. Madeline was able to work with many different students with different abilities and needs at the drop of a hat (coming up with lesson plans, activities, etc). She was always punctual and ready to work. Madeline is an amazing "teacher" (she may not have that degree yet, but she is a natural born teacher) and will be an asset for any family looking for child care.
