About Madeline

My name is Maddie! I am a San Francisco-based home chef, certified birth and postpartum doula, and experienced nanny. I would love to help you and your family with weekly grocery shopping, menu planning, meal prep, packing lunches, and serving dinners. I studied public health and nutrition in my undergraduate degree and am currently attending culinary school. I'm very knowledgeable about nutrient-dense & family-friendly meals, international cuisines, seasonality, and sustainability in the kitchen. My philosophy is that food is medicine & I can create meals to help your family thrive. I have experience cooking for families as a full-time nanny and a doula, planning menus for dinner parties, and meal prepping for the week. I am kind-hearted, creative, transparent, intelligent, and energetic. I spend my time doing yoga, reading, seeing live music, hiking, playing guitar, and cooking. I am happy to prepare meals, drive the kids, help with light housekeeping, run errands, and entertain.
