I started working in ABA therapy at this time, and since then I've worked with autistic children aged 2-19, more recently as a nanny to 2 4-year-old girls. My skills include behavioral management, deescalation, redirection, offering choices, and explaining consequences clearly to children.

Madeline’s is fantastic with my 2 year old! She would come over and followed our bedtime routine to a T, including singing songs. We always came home to a clean house which was above and beyond what we asked her to do. Not only did she watch and care for our son, she also watched our cats on multiple occasions when we went out of town. She would send picture updates and text me to let me know how they were doing. Madeline is kind, thoughtful and amazing with kids and pets alike. I would hire her over and over again!
