About Madeline

In middle and high school my grandfather lived on his own in my town but required extra help. I assisted him with household chores, errands, figuring out electronics, booking travel, preparing food, etc. As he got older and his dementia progressed he moved in with my parents and me. He lived with us for four years, until he passed away. During this time I became very familiar with assisting him in daily activities, ensuring he took his medicine, and helping him with mobility-based issues. I really enjoy spending time with older adults, as they have a lot of wisdom to share. I am a patient and lowkey person who loves conversing but understands when an individual needs his or her space.
