About Madeline

Hi! My name is Madeline. I am looking for babysitting jobs after school or on Saturday nights for date night. I am also happy to help with pets, cooking dinner, & cleaning. I began babysitting and training to be a summer camp counsellor at 13. I was hired at the camp as a counsellor when I was 16, where I continued to work every year in college. I got my BA in Comm. but I decided education is where my heart lies! I began working in the Brookfield and New Milford public school systems as a classroom substitute, where I was eventually hired as a Building Substitute at Candlewood Lake Elementary School. I also work at a daycare over the summer as an infant teacher, so I am absolutely comfortable with babies as well. I will be pursuing a Master's in Early Childhood Education this summer at UHart. Although I started out classroom teacher subbing, I am currently a Para for a special needs 1st grader. I love animals, too! I volunteer and foster for Because4Paws in New Milford when I can.
