Hello! Nice to e-meet you. My name is Maddie! I have my BA from University of Washington in Community Development and this coming August will be going to University of Wisconsin to receive my masters in education in School Psychology and BCBA. This past year I have worked at a public middle school in their special education department, working one-on-one with students to assist in making academic work more accessible. In addition, I have worked individually as a caretaker for two nonverbal teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I absolutely love this work and find so much meaning in assisting individuals with special needs. In my role as a caretaker, I like to get to know the individual to plan activities they enjoy, as well as determine to support their learning goals.
