About Madelene

Hi! I'm Madelene, and I absolutely love working with kids. I left my 9-5 job in May to start my own business and I've been spent three to four days each week working at a daycare in Kona for the past five months, working with children ages 6 months to 6 years in groups of 2 to 10. I love organizing fun and creative activities while making safety a top priority. When I was 21 years old I worked a live-in Au Pair for one year for a family with two daughters, ages 6 and 9. I helped with their daily routines, took them to after-school activities, assisted with homework, and prepped their dinners. It gave me hands-on experience in building strong connections with kids and managing a busy household. During my collage years I worked with two families helping them with after school activities. The kids ranged between 6-12 years old. I have a BA in Communication, speak fluent Swedish, and have a reliable car. Excited to learn more about your family and hopefully work together!
