About Madeleine

I am currently a student at Bucknell University, finishing my sophomore year as a biology and French double major on the pre-health track. I graduated from New Trier High School in 2023, and I will be back home on the North Shore this summer looking for childcare opportunities. I have over 7 years of experience as a babysitter and a sleep-away camp counselor at Red Pine Camp for Girls. I love working with kids and hope to work in pediatrics later in life. I have worked with up to four kids at a time, as well as a set of twins, and can deal with different age groups and sibling dynamics. I can create a comfortable and fun environment for the kids through activities both indoors and outdoors and by helping them with their school work while also continuing to enforce household rules. I enjoy working directly with parents to see what best suits their children, and am flexible with my approach. I am happy to answer any questions or provide references.
