I have been honored to help young minds get the help they need in and out of the classroom as a Special Needs Teaching Assistants as well as a Special Needs Bus Aid. I worked with several young children and teenagers who had an Autism Spectrum diagnosis, ADHD, and some who had developmental challenges. I prioritise making them feel the most comfortable, safe and loved. I use my quick thinking, attentive and enthusiastic approach to help them according to their specific needs, as well as paying attention to how I can help them grow or progress in a positive way.
