Hello! My name is Maddy, I am 22 years old and have been watching my 5 nieces and nephews (and friends of theirs) since I was 12 years old. I was never paid, I genuinely loved it though, it taught me so much about caring for other people and I wouldn't change anything. They range from one year to 11yrs.
