I've always had a passion for supporting families, so I decided to become a caregiver. I have one year of experience caring for children of all ages, and I'm comfortable caring for up to four children at a time. As a friendly and approachable person, I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the children.
