About Madeleine

I have been babysitting since I was 12 for a variety of families with varying circumstances and numbers of children. I have my own transportation, do not smoke, and am comfortable with any pets except cats (I am allergic). I am CPR certified and the past two summers I have worked at an outdoor kids summer camp in Colorado, having full care of the children day and night for a week at a time; along with my coworkers I entertained the kids, led small group discussions, facilitated all outdoor activities, and helped the kids through homesickness. In addition, I have taught piano and violin to elementary and middle school children and I have four younger siblings, so I have experience working with children in different circumstances and of different ages. I am very patient and do not easily lose my temper, making me an ideal candidate for working with children.
