About Madeleine

Hello! My name is Madeleine and I am Clinical Registered Dietitian, currently working Per Diem at Scripps Health. I graduated from Cal Poly, SLO in 2022, where I earned my Bachelors of Science in Nutrition. Throughout high school, I worked as an after school nanny for a family of 5 children (aged 5-15). My tasks included picking up the children from school, cooking, tutoring, driving, cleaning, and taking the children to fun and exciting places (such as the OC fair, trampoline parks, water parks, etc). During college, I worked as an assistant at Kumon (an after school learning program for k-12 children). Additionally, I frequently visited the pediatrics unit while working as a dietary aide in the hospital, taking special meal requests and helping the children prepare to eat a meal. I gained additional experience during my NICU rotation of my dietetic internship at UCSD medical center, La Jolla. As a dietitian, I have extensive knowledge in children's health and nutrition.
