About Madeleine

Hi! My name is Madeleine and I am a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting. I moved to NYC in January 2023, and since then have been working with a family of 3 (ages 5, 6, and 9) in Greenwich Village. My responsibilities with this family have included school pickup, meals, homework help/supplemental tutoring, play date coordination, errands, cleaning, and bath and bedtime. I have also often stayed with the kids overnight while parents are away. I have enjoyed working with this family, however I am looking for a position with more consistency in scheduling. Previously, I have worked as a camp counselor at Pine Island Camp in Maine for two summers, where I lead campers aged 10-14 on wilderness trips. I am CPR trained, a former lifeguard, and I have a driver's license. I love spending time with kids and I also enjoy helping out around the house with cooking, cleaning, etc. I look forward to connecting!
