I'm known for being patient, calm, creative, imaginative, and friendly, which helps me connect with children and create a nurturing environment. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day, whether through text or phone calls, whichever the parent prefers. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as long as they align with my own parenting philosophy, which is to always follow the parents' lead.
