I interviewed Maddie for a part-time nanny position. She was punctual, professional, cheerful, and brought a long sheet of references. She clearly had extensive experience with babysitting, as well as working as a teacher in a preschool. My part-time schedule didn't line up to the extent I wanted with hers so it didn't work out, but based on the interview she was one of my top candidates! I am sure the kids would have loved her.
