About Maddie

Hi, I'm Maddie! I recently graduated with my Masters in Education, with a focus on Elementary and Deaf Education. I am passionate about working with children and supporting families with reliable childcare. I prioritize open communication with parents, using their preferred method to discuss their child's day and any concerns. I believe in respecting household rules and following the parents' guidelines for their child. My approach to play depends on the child and their needs. My background in education means I am able to provide academic support when needed, but also understand that the child's play style and interests should be our primary focus. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and have experience with various age groups and children of all abilities. I have reliable transportation, am comfortable with pets, and hold current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
