I discovered my passion for childcare through babysitting in my late teens - I found joy in nurturing and caring for children. My decision to pursue a career as a childcare provider stems from my desire to positively impact their lives and support families by offering reliable childcare. I have 4 years of experience caring for children of various ages, from infants to preteens. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children simultaneously. My calm and approachable demeanor allows me to connect easily with children and build trusting relationships. I believe in open and effective communication with parents. At the end of each day, I provide detailed verbal updates about their child's activities, meals, and any noteworthy incidents. I also respect and follow the preferred communication method of each family. Regarding household rules, I'm very comfortable enforcing them consistently and fairly. I believe that structure and routine are essential for children's well-being.
