I found my passion in caregiving in my early years at working for non-profits. Having the opportunity to foster meaningful relationships with children and their families made caregiving a career that I see myself working in for the rest of my life. Whenever I have some time for myself, I enjoy spending my days outside and participating in activities which involve movement and personal growth. For personal growth, I find it important to journal, meditate, and spend time with those that I love to recharge and reset. The most important thing I like families to know about me is that I hold both a role of caregiver and friend when I am working directly with children. It is important for me to create fun environments, while simultaneously upholding expectations set forth by whomever I am working for. Based on my experiences at my previous jobs, I believe that my strongest skills I bring to the table are openness, kindness and understanding, as well as being a great listener.
