About Madalynn

Hi! I'm Madalynn! I'd describe my personality as energetic, patient, and kind. I like working with kids because they bring me a lot of joy and watching them grow and learn is amazing! I started working with kids when I was in middle school. I babysat for neighbors and parents friends all the way through highschool and now continuing through college I still love childcare. In my spare time, I like to read, go for walks, and cook. I enjoy outdoor activities and staying active and would love to incorporate that into my care! One thing you should know about me is I am graduating from Texas Tech this spring and am looking forward to moving to the Dallas area! I begin my graduate studies in the fall so I am mainly looking for a summer job. My skills include deescalating and soothing, the ability to keep up with kids, and maintaining a gentle atmosphere for the kids while still respecting parental boundaries. I also know CPR and would be willing to regain my certification if requested!
