We had been in contact with Madalyn for a few weeks discussing our babysitting needs and her requirements for scheduling. It seemed like she would be a good fit for us. We set up a time to meet, but she never showed up. She didn't let us know she wasn't coming nor did she try to re-schedule. Very unreliable.
