About Macy

Hi, My name is Macy , I'd describe my personality as easy going, light hearted, and extroverted. I like working with kids because they get so excited over the little things and know how to make any activity fun! Working with kids reminds me to not get so caught up in day-to-day tasks and how to live in the moment and appreciate the simplicity of life. I'm looking for a job that has some flexibility. I currently attend Texas Tech University to obtain my degree in Agricultural Communications and my schedule varies depending on the day. Some days my classes start at 9 a. m, while others I don't have classes until 2 p.m. I started working with kids when I was in HS. I babysat neighbors and family friends whenever possible. I was also a member of the PALS program in HS and mentored kids at local elementary schools. I also have experience caring for disabled people as I have two disabled family members. I look forward to meeting you and helping care for your children!
