I scheduled a phone interview with Kenzie and five minutes into our call, she hung up on me after I asked her to describe how she would structure a typical day if she were my nanny. I called her back immediately (twice) and text her and have never heard from her again. Not a professional way to communicate and a total waste of my valuable time. A simple comment during the interview saying that she was no longer interested in the position would have been more courteous and thoughtful.
