Hello, my name is Mackenzie, and I bring over 16 years of experience in childcare, working with children ranging from 3 months to 19 years old. I am a certified Montessori teacher specializing in the 3-6 age group, with additional experience in Montessori toddler education. Prior to my work in Montessori, I supported children with disabilities both in-home and in a school setting, working specifically with students with Autism and other developmental challenges. I am also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and have spent two years as a Behavior Technician, providing therapeutic support to children. With over 12 years of experience in special education and more than 16 years in childcare, I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Childhood Communication Structures and an Associate's Degree in Child Development.
