With over 10 years experience in the childcare field, I feel that I have gained excellent childcare experience with children of all ages. I simply love children and enjoy helping them learn and grow at every stage of their young lives. Helping kiddos explore their world and passions is an absolute favorite for me. My strengths as a caregiver are that I am very responsible, reliable and caring person. I like to lead with the "gentle parenting" approach while still upholding the rules parents have set for their children. Mackenzie is incredible with kids! She has babysat my children ages 8, 2, and 11 months and they always have such a great time with her! She is active with the kids, building forts and playing pretend with them. I’m also really strict with their diets, and she respects that which I LOVE. She is responsible, trustworthy, and SO sweet! I highly recommend her for kids of any age!
