Mackenzie was very responsive and punctual. I've hired her three times now and each time she's been on time and very thorough. She addresses the areas I'm concerned about first and then ends up finding things to clean that I hadn't even noticed. She gave product recommendations for cleaning the shower (who knew grout cleaner was a thing?) and leaves everything sparkling and smelling fresh each time. She's also friendly and has been really flexible with her schedule.
