I am an enthusiastic childcare provider with a genuine passion for nurturing the growth and development of young minds. With five years experience teaching and directing a ballet program for children, I have honed my skills in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. I believe in fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere where children feel comfortable expressing themselves. Over the years, my students have complemented my ability to cultivate a calm and nurturing environment for them to learn. From my experience as a teacher, I understand the importance of open/transparent communication with parents. I am comfortable enforcing household rules while maintaining a positive relationship with the children in my care. I believe in setting clear boundaries and expectations while also being understanding and empathetic.
