This mindset and natural instinct of mine led me to choosing a path in elementary education and caregiving. I studied at Virginia Commonwealth University and I am currently an elementary school teacher. I have my certificate in Dyslexia Awareness, Child Abuse and Neglect Awareness, and Regulations Governing Restraint and Seclusion Certificate. Throughout this process I have worked with children K-5th individually, in group settings, and virtually. I'd love to be able to work with children to get even more experience and help others in anyway possible!

Mackenzie is a wonderful caregiver! Her experience as a teacher and child caregiver shows! She is very actively engaged with my two young children, ages 3 and 5. She even teaches them basic Spanish and loves to do dance parties with them! They both adore her so much as do their father and I! We’re so lucky to have found her and couldn’t recommend a better person to care for children!
