About Mackenzie

My personal experiences as child with multiple learning differences has always isolated me from my peers in some way or another throughout lower levels of education. These personal experiences of mine show that I can relate to how a child is feeling when dealing with developmental progress in school. In college I focused on learning American Sign Language, giving me access to understanding different ways of learning and different ways of experiencing the world. This makes me the perfect tutor for children with learning differences because I know first hand where they sit and how they feel and will be able to teach them problem solving skills to help them complete assignments in the classroom and outside of the classroom. I use all of my senses to learn and teach which enhances the learning connection to the material, enhancing the amount of material possible for learning. I believe that no child should ever be isolated for their unique brilliance.
