I believe open communication is key in building trust with parents. I provide written daily reports, ensure verbal communication at pickup, and offer regular updates via text or phone calls. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and consistent environment for the children in my care. To keep the children active and engaged, I like to play a variety of games with them, from educational games that promote learning to outdoor sports and physical games. I hold an associates in Early childhood development and am certified (up to date) in CPR and First Aid.
