MacKayla was our nanny for 6 years and she was one of the best things that happened to our family. We consider her part of our family and she is godmother to our youngest son. She is absolutely incredible and, honestly, much more like a partner than a nanny. Her childcare knowledge is unmatched and well beyond her years. She would often guide us through the milestones and what and when we needed to transition our boys from one stage to another. She cares deeply for children, and they absolutely adore her. Not only do the kids love her, but they listen to and respect her (as do we). They behave with her the way we wish they behaved with us. My entire family is in awe of how she handles children. She is the perfect balance of fun, loving, smart, hardworking, responsible, dependable, knowledgeable, organized and trustworthy. She is proactive and when she sees something that needs to get done, she dives in – whether it’s emptying the dishwasher or loading it up, re-organizing the children’s clothes or closets or hiding the bottles and encouraging sippy cups. She’s not only everything you would want your childcare partner to be but what you would want your child to model after and become. My entire family trusted her completely with all aspects of our children, our house, everything. There is a big whole in our world since MacKayla moved away and we are envious of any new family that brings MacKayla into their home. She is phenomenal and you will never find another caregiver like her!!!
