About Mackayla

As a caregiver with six years of experience, I am passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and supporting families. My patient, calm, and friendly personality creates a nurturing environment for children of all ages. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method, whether that's verbal communication at pickup, regular updates via text, or phone calls. I am comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents. From outdoor sports to board games and educational activities, I enjoy a variety of games that promote physical, mental, and social development. With a background in early child development coursework and training in First Aid and CPR, I am well-equipped to provide a safe and stimulating environment for up to five children, ranging from infants to preteens. I am available to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel.
