What truly motivates me is the desire to make a positive impact on their lives, while supporting families and providing reliable childcare. I believe that patience and calmness are essential qualities for a caregiver. I am friendly and approachable, which helps me build strong relationships with children and their families. When it comes to communication, I prefer verbal updates at pickup, but I am also happy to provide regular updates via text or phone call, whichever the parents prefer. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and believe in setting clear boundaries for children. I enjoy playing a variety of games with them, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning.
