I have extensive experience working with foster youth in residential therapeutic settings and am open to supporting youth in various settings beyond foster care. As a Residential Counselor and Shift Lead, I provided mentorship, behavioral support, and care planning in a structured, trauma-informed environment. I have experience managing medications, supporting mental health needs, and working with individuals with acquired and developmental disabilities. I also coordinated recreational outings, maintained daily routines, and ensured stability through school pickups, meal preparation, and structured schedules. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, I documented progress and connected youth with essential resources. Passionate about youth advocacy and empowerment, I am dedicated to helping young individuals build resilience, develop life skills, and transition successfully into adulthood.
