About Macie

As the oldest of six, I helped raise my siblings. In high school, I babysat children of all ages, from newborns and up. After high school, I worked as a paraprofessional at a middle school before attending college, where I earned a bachelor's degree in psychology. During college, I worked as a nanny, caring for children ranging from 2 months to 15 years old, including families with up to four kids. Nannying has been a joy for me, especially watching the children grow over the years. After graduating, I became a special education teacher at an elementary school. Now, I plan to return to school to earn my master's degree and become a child counselor. I hope to find a wonderful family to work with while pursuing my master's. I bring extensive experience with children, including those with special needs. Working with kids is a passion of mine because each day is a unique adventure. Children are so fun, and I love teaching and watching them grow.
