About Macayla

Hi! My name is Macayla and I would love to assist you by providing care to your family and loved ones. My experience with child care unofficially started with taking care of my youngest sibling since 2014. Then I left home for undergrad in 2017 and have babysat, nannied, and been a camp volunteer since then! These experiences have led me to pursue a career in pediatrics and I am currently a NICU/Inpatient Pediatric Occupational Therapist at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital. I have had experiences working with pre-term infants, toddlers, school-age children, and teenagers. I have babysat/nannied children ages 1 year-15 years. My current availability would be early in the morning before 7 a.m. and J love to help out in the evenings on week nights after 4:30 p.m. and during the weekend!
