She was early to the interview and jumped right into playing with our 4 yr old son. She was very polite and extremely respectful over all. She was only asked to care for our son for a couple days when daycare was closed, but she also did our dishes as well! She was great with our son and showed him so much enthusiasm and love. She kept up with our desired schedule throughout the day and was really great at communicating. Each time she was scheduled she always checked in the night before to confirm with us the time of arrival and always offered to come earlier or later if needed. Her rate is extremely reasonable as well, but she deserved more!
